Nestled within the Regional Park of Haut-Languedoc, the sun drenched vineyards of the Cave de Roquebrun produce convivial, rich and festive wines. The year round temperate climate combined with all of that sun makes for the perfect ripeness of the region’s great grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache noir, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Viognier and Grenache blanc. This year’s stars and novelties include an award-winning Cuvée R Premium 2019 with a deep red color and a ripe fruit aroma emanating from the Cabernet-Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot grape varieties and three AOC wines — red, rosé, white — brought out for the first time in their very own wine fountains or Bag in Box, the great French invention knowns as the BIB or more vernacularly the cubi. However the BIB differs slightly than a traditional cubi for the wines in a BIB do not oxidize.

The rich and gourmet Rouge or red wine by Roquebrune an AOC Languedoc red offers a deep red color and gourmet experience with its complex and aromatic wine thanks to its combination of grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. It is ideal with a rich meal. Meanwhile the Rosé by Roquebrin is an AOC Languedoc Rosé and is refreshing blend of Syrah, Grenache et Cinsault evoking berry fruits. A great cocktail hour wine. The Blanc by Roquebrun, an AOC Laguedoc Blanc or white wine is a careful blend of the Grenache and Roussanne grape varieties offering a taste reminiscent of exotic fruits and fresh almonds which can be perfectly paired with marinated fish. AOC is the official label for controlled designated regions of origin.

The Cave de Roquebrun was created in 1967 and is located in a natural region of intense beauty, Here some 40 winemakers work in concert following the strict production procedures required by the AOC label.
