Paris, France — The balmy season is approaching and wining and dining is best done outside in hidden gem locations like the outdoor patio at the Hotel Saxe  in the Eiffel Tower neighbourhood but gloriusly away from the hordy hordes. The hotel’s carefully hidden Le Jardin restaurant is tucked away out back surrounded by lush greenery. It’s been thought out as an urban refuge, a bucolic adventure. Peace and quiet loving epicureans can enjoy breakfast, lunch, cocktails or dinner in this secret getaway which celebrates carefully sourced and selected seasonal products. The chef, Emile de France, creates signature dishes like amberjack fish carpaccio flavored with citrus fruits. Or dive into a textbook Wagyu ribeye for two. And surprise. When the weather truly heats up some special guests can take a plunge in the pool secluded in the back of the garden complemented by a delightful jacuzzi. Special to The Gourmet Gazette.  Le Jardin in the Sax Hotel noon-3pm and 7pm- 11pm. 55 Avenue de Saxe, 75007 Paris.  https://saxparishotel.com/
