It’s a new taste to savor. Traditionally made French gelée flavored with champagne, and a very special champagne, the Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut from the house of EPC. The champagne is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes while the gelée is the master work of the house of Confiture Parisienne, a craft jam and jelly manufacture in the heart of Paris. It’s a perfect to enjoy spread on a slice of pound cake or French brioche. For the savory-minded it’s great with foie gras or a nice sharp cheese, enjoyed with a glass of the EPC Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut

EPC limits the amount of sugar and sulphates to a strict minimum in its Blanc de Blancs champagnes. And in a nod to the champagne region, the house promotes the blida, a traditional glass from the Champagne region for serving the bubble-filled sips. Edouard Roy, Jérôme Queige and Camille Julien co-founded EPC in 2019. The young company offers a new take on the beverage of centuries and with its champagnes, extra brut, brut and rosé elaborated with Chardonnay grapes from one single year, one single grape variety and one single terroir or parcel makes it perfect for a champagne time this summer or any summer or anytime for that matter.
