Paris, France — The French house of craft soap making, Ciment, has just released its clean hands kit. The three in one kit comes replete with soap, soap holder and a hand towel. The gift set contains a Ciment soap of your choice, a porcelain soap dish made by the ceramic maker Corentin Brison and a hand towel that draws its inspiration from the Japanese Furoshiki, a traditional technique for folding and knot tying used for wrapping, from the house of Maison Ours.

The three houses concentrate on sustainable development, local sourcing and locally-made and sustainable crafts. Ciment Paris, ciment means cement in French, makes its soaps, in Paris in their boutique, using the finest of ingredients and shapes them into a typical brick found in the south of France. The Maison Ours conceives products that have a Nordic, Japanese and arty influence and are made by eco-friendly houses located in Europe. Maison Ours works within the framework of slow design. Meanwhile Corentin Brison is a Paris-based potter who enjoys creating useful ceramics.
