The great French luxury food emporium that is Fauchon has just opened up a flagship store in the heart of Manhattan on the edge of Bryant Park right in midtown. You can discover the gourmet boutique and refined restaurant seven days a week from 9am until 4pm and until 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a world of luxury chocolates, fine foods, teas and coffees along with an excellent selection of gourmet gifts. If you stop in to enjoy breakfast or lunch you’ll find an open kitchen and you can also privatise a very pretty place for your own special event. Enjoy some smoked salmon or a real croque monsieur, just like in Paris, complete with dancing your toes on the marble flooring. Fauchon was founded in Paris in 1886 by Auguste Fauchon and embodies the excellence and luxury of the finest French culinary traditions.
