The house of Le Thé des Ecrivains (Teas of Writers) has just brought out a tea paying tribute to the French writer and aviation pioneer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The tea that wears his name is an organic white tea from the Fujian region in China and is noteworthy for its fresh floral taste and pale yellow color. Notes of cardamon, rose petals, ginger and orange flower all emerge from this fragrant beverage. For each canister of tea that is purchased 1 euro is donated to the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Foundation for Youth which aims to improve the daily life of young people through educational and cultural programs around the world.

For the past 20 years the Thé des Ecrivains has been a fixture on the Parisian cultural and gourmet landscape. The house carries an original line of craft teas available on its website and in eclectic places in town like the Bookshop of the Pantheon Cinema and the Little Prince boutique, both on the Left Bank. You can order their teas from their website.
