The famous French-made cast iron cookware from the house of Staub has just gotten a new decorative twist. In honour of the Year of the Horse in the Lunar calendar, the Year of the Fire Horse at that, the house has brought out its iconic 26cm cookware with a monogrammed horse on its lid. Available in red or black the cast iron cookware enjoys superior heat retention and even distribution which makes it ideal for slow-cooking, braising, roasting and more. And like a horse, the cookware is dependable, strong and majestic. The enamel coating strengthens the cookware while further enhancing the vibrant and very decorative colors. They are destined to last a lifetime. Staub was founded in the highly gastronomic region of Alsace in eastern France. Special to The Gourmet gazettehttps://mystaub.com/
