Paris, France — It’s finally feeling like summer in Paris and a new refreshing spot for cocktails has just popped up offering a place to be before, after or during the Summer Olympic Games which are being held in town and slated to begin in just 30 days. The emblematic French fortified and highly aromatic wine, Lillet, is settling into a pink and white terrace replete with chaises lounges and summertime swings all decked out in pink, like the drink, and white. The appropriately named Drinks & Co. is welcoming the Bordelaise beverage until the end of September from Mondays to Saturdays in their digs conveniently located near the Garnier Opera House, the Hilton and the Gare Saint-Lazare train station.

Four Lillet rosé cocktails are on the agenda along with some special tapas for the occasion. Or you can drink the Lillet on its own, but always served well chilled. Lillet was created in Podensac, a small village south of Bordeaux. Back in 1872, the Maison Lillet was founded by Paul and Raymond Lillet, traders in fine wine, liqueurs and spirits. They put together a unique apéritif made from rigorously selected Bordeaux wines blended with fruit juices. Drinks & Co. is a liquor store and cocktail bar with a massive selection of wines, spirits and liquors. The house also offers up master classes in cocktail making.
