Cannes, France — The Cannes Film Festival, which is being held for the 75th time this year, wouldn’t be the Cannes Film Festival without the gala parties, the gourmet dinners and the high fashion jewelry. Actress Isabelle Adjani, and president of the jury for the 50th festival, wore astounding and unique pieces from the Taiwanese high jewelry designer Cindy Chao’s 15th anniversary collection to several high profile events at Cannes.

She wore the designer’s incredible Dragonfly Brooch to the 20th anniversary of La Terrasse by Albane, one of the most well-heeled and sought-after happy few events on the Croisette during the festival and held on the rooftop of the Marriot. The brooch is set with more than 1,400 marquise, cushion, oval and rose-cut diamonds juxtaposed with emeralds, tsavorites, greyish green sapphires, alexandrites, and color-change garnets, ultimately capturing the scintillating hues of dragonflies in nature. She also wore the designer’s Feather Brooch from the 15th Anniversary Collection set with diamonds, yellow diamonds, rubies, color change sapphires and purple garnets to the La Terrasse by Albane gala evening on May 20th. Last November 17th, Cindy Chao was decorated with one of France’s most prestigious honors, the Insignia of Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Arts et Lettres
