No Rules, Our Game is the defining and highly descriptive motto of the house of Roger Dubuis. High-impact ideas, boundless technologies and unique designs are the hallmarks of the luxury Swiss watchmaker and which all came together at the Watches and Wonders trade show held in Geneva from April 7 until April 13th. The house has recently launched its eye-catching and new Excalibur Single Flying Tourbillon a part of its Hyper Horology visionary concept.

The new Excalibur Single Flying Tourbillon features its inimitable skeleton design coupled with contemporary art. The dynamic aesthetics of the watch are further enhanced by the Poinçon de Genève, the most demanding signature in fine watchmaking and one that requires that the manual decoration of each and every component of the watch. The timepiece is outfitted with a RD512SQ in-house movement and a titanium lower tourbillon cage and a mirror-polished cobalt chrome upper tourbillon cage, materials which enable the weight of the watch to be greatly reduced and allowing for a 72-hour power reserve.

The 42 mm case is available in only 88 pieces per color: dark grey DLC (diamond like carbon coating) titanium, cobalt chrome carTech micro Belt BioDur CCM™ (a contemporary alloy used in high-tech industries) and the new Eon gold, a pink gold shade using non-tarnish technology. The house has also brought out the piece in a limited edition of eight Excalibur Glow Me Up which by day is adorned with 60 baguette-cut diamonds on the bezel and at night the diamonds come aglow and dazzle, a feat achieved using Super-Luminova technology which creates the after glow on the dial.
