It is one of the most confidential terraces in the French capital. The Hotel and Spa La Belle Juliette opens the doors onto its terrace and secret garden for the blissful days of summer for a gourmet pause or a sip of champagne in the open air. The chic signature cocktails created by Victor Delpierre are on the agenda as they have been for the past five years. His mojitos are generally the hit of the day, served in a host of declensions like the refreshing T.Mojito with the rum of your choice, mint, lime, cane sugar syrup and sparkling water.
You can enjoy some nice tasting plates dreamed up by Flora Mikula whose menu draws upon Italian inspiration. We liked the mixed Italian cold cut platter of San Daniele ham that is aged for 30 months served alongside white truffle flavored ham, coppa, bresaola accompanied by bread sticks, olives and zesty arugula. There is a fine selection of authentic pasta and meat dishes including a vegetarian lasagna with eggplant, zucchini, artichokes, tomatoes, peppers and Parmesan.
Meat lovers can indulge in a carpaccio of beef with arugula and Parmesan as well. And P.S. champagne lovers will not be disappointed wit the champagnes on offer. This greenery-filled oasis near the very gourmet Bon Marché department store is open from Monday to Saturday from 2pm until midnight and on Sundays (bar only) from 2pm until 9pm.
