It’s cocktail hour and there is nothing more refreshing than refreshing lemon. And this isn’t just any lemon-based cocktail. Limoncè Aperitivo alla Siciliana is a unique aperitif bringing together a lemon-based liqueur — this is not limoncello — to be mixed with Prosecco, some sparkling water and a lemon wedge for a lemon spritz experience. The limoncé is made from the essence of Sicilian lemons, precisely the Femminello lemons cultivated in Sicily and hand-picked at the end of the year to capture their intense aromas. The ensuing beverage contains no fake colors or flavors. Over ice-cold ice add three parts Prosecco, two parts Limoncè Aperitivo alla Siciliana, one part sparkling mineral water and a lemon wedge. The house of Limoncè was founded in Italy in 1994. Cheers! Special to The Gourmet Gazette https://www.limonce-aperitivo.com/en/
