Paris, France — There is the vivacious Chinese musician, the love birds in green emeralds upon a small clock and the blooming blue secret watch. Spring is in the air inside the Heritage Gallery (Galerie du Patrimoine) inside the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique on the place Vendôme. The gallery, tucked away inside the courtyard, is currently hosting an exhibition entitled Enchanting Time, bringing together some of the house’s most beautiful time pieces. More than 50 creations dating from the 1920s to the 2000s emanating from the house’s heritage collection are presented alongside some ten original archive documents. The timepieces embody the poetic vision of time that the house has held since its origins underscoring its expertise in jewellery and watch making as well as its quest for perpetual innovation. The exhibition is on until June 1st. Boutique Van Cleef & Arpels, Galerie du Patrimoine, 20, place Vendôme 75001 Paris. Mondays to Saturdays, 11am until 7pm.
