Paris, France — It is clearly one of the most fun exhibitions of the summer in Paris. This is inflatable and interactive art at its best, quietly reaching into the depths of the newly restored Grand Palais in Paris with its roof of glass.  Visitors can literally become lost in a maze of balloon-themed installation spaces created by leading contemporary artists. The exhibition of 20 monumental works is the brainchild of the Rome-based company Lux Entertainement —the creator of the hugely successful Balloon Museum — and has been aptly named Euphoria. It is regarded as the world’s largest event dedicated to inflatable art and this sensory exhibition literally transforms the lofty, majestic spaces of the Grand Palais into an artistic and playful romp.  Audience participation is at the heart of the project as visitors become an integral part of the experience by interacting directly with the exhibitions. Lux Entertainment teams collaborated with Valentino Catricalà, one of the exhibition’s curators, to conceive the show.

“In today’s contemporary landscape, inflatable art is an innovative language that breaks down the boundaries between entertainment, design, and architecture. With Euphoria, we explore new artistic directions and offer the public a reflection on today’s society,”  commented curator Valentino Catricalà.
