The ring in mind is one of the house’s Limited Edition rings that the house brings out each year. The latest one was the Limited Edition No. 5 called Pearl Variation, a new design that brings us into the world of the pearl. It is based on Repossi’s Serti Sur Vide Collection, Serti Sur Vide means set in the void and like all of the house’s Limited Editions, the ring is an ode to craftsmanship and creativity. The collection was founded in 2014 by Gaia Repossi, the third generation of the house to perpetuate the family’s creative heritage.

The pearl, a symbol of grace and elegance, is modernized and elevated in this design, with its Serti sur Vide setting. With the Limited Edition No.5 ring, the House of Repossi has chosen to draw upon the timeless elements of jewellery cherished by Alberto Repossi, the second generation of the family. The stunning ring features a black bead perfectly paved with diamonds representing for the house a modern interpretation of a pearl while the two Tahitian pearls present two different shades of gray. The three pearls are mounted on white gold while the black gold bead is set with nearly 200 white diamonds.

The Maison Repossi was founded in Turin in 1957 when Costantino Repossi opened up his first boutique. The family story continued with his son Alberto opening up a boutique in Monte-Carlo at the end of the 1970s. The house would become the official jeweler to the ruling house of Monaco. The house moved to the Place Vendôme, the world cradle of High Jewelry, in 1986. Timeless and avant-garde remain the hallmarks of the house. Each piece is made by hand in France and Italy.
