Paris, France —The depth of a blue-green tourmaline, an indicolite tourmaline, a tourmaline with a complex chemical composition which makes it so much more beautiful, a really dive into tropical waters. This is a stand-out stone. So it is only fitting that the French house of Gemmyo, known for its high quality excellent value jewelry, has made this stone the centrepiece of its first high jewellery collection. This piece is a take on the house’s emblematic Entaille collection, entaille being the French word for notch with those notches visible in the notched gold centrepiece of the pendant which is topped off with the Namibian tourmaline of 2.53 carats. The pendant is outfitted with a spectacular setting of 440 diamonds of different sizes in a « snow » setting that sparkles day and night. The yellow gold chain from which the tourmaline and diamonds swing is punctuated with 37 diamonds and its catch is aesthetically invisible. Special to The Gourmet Gazette https://www.gemmyo.com/
