This is a milestone in divine design. Two of the great houses join forces to create a dynamic partnership merging the worlds of Swiss Haute Horlogerie and motorsport as the mythical house of Maserati joins forces with Swiss luxury brand Bianchet. Maserati MSG Racing’s partnership with Bianchet is much more than just a merging of brands—it embodies a shared vision, deeply rooted and unified by elegance, style, and natural performance. And it is designed to exceed all expectations. This is all about a dedication to excellence in both engineering and design, be it on the race track or in the intricate world of watchmaking.

Drawing inspiration from the team’s success in Formula E and the Maserati brand’s legacy in 1950s motorsport, Bianchet, and Maserati MSG Racing have unveiled two limited editions of 21 watches bearing the iconic Trident emblem and featuring the logo and signature colors of MSG Racing. The Trident is underscored by a thunderbolt representing the ideas of speed, prestige and performance. Meanwhile Bianchet uses the Golden Ratio to design its watch cases and movements, highlighting
its dedication and diligence to precision and aesthetic harmony. The Golden Ratio is a ratio between two numbers that equals approximately 1.618. Bianchet continues to emerge as a leading high-end watch brand with its modern style, cutting-edge technology, and refined craftsmanship. The watches have a power reserve of 90 hours and are water resistant to 100 meters.

The first limited edition watch, the award-winning Flying Tourbillon B 1.618 Grande Date Carbon, is crafted in Bianchet’s exclusive high-density carbon composite infused with titanium powder, the Titanium-Dust-High-Density Carbon, while the second limited edition, the Flying Tourbillon B 1.618 Grande Date Hybrid version, features a combination of titanium and carbon. The skeleton movement features a flying tourbillon entirely made in titanium and a big date function. The timepieces are built, hand-finished and assembled in Switzerland. The partnership underscores the two house’s commitment to sustainable development keeping in mind that Formula E racing is currently the world’s fastest-growing form of motorsport and has held a net-zero carbon footprint since its inception. ©Trish Valicenti for The Gourmet Gazette
