Swiss Life for Cultural Life

Paris, France — For the sixth time, the Fondation Swiss Life is breathing life into a new cultural creation. Last December 5th, the foundation, the patronage and sponsorship program of the insurer and estate planner Swiss Life, awarded its Prix Swiss Life à 4 Mains (Prize for an artistic duo, hence the four hands), to photographer Kourtney Roy and musician Mathias Delplanque for their project Off Season. It is the only prize in France that is awarded to a duo of an artist and a musician. Off Season tells the tale in photographs and music of an imaginary road trip of an eccentric woman on the Adriatic Coast, off-season, in the poetic seaside town of Rimini and its surroundings. Each artist receives 23,000 euros to undertake the project which will be presented in Arles, France in June of 2024 and will be the object of an exhibition in Paris at the prestigious Jeu de Paume museum in February of 2025. Special to The Gourmet Gazette. For additional information about the prize go to: https://www.swisslife.fr/home/le-groupe/Fondation-Swiss-Life.html
