Paris, France —It is a unique exhibition of unique artists that is unfolding from June 9th until June 11th at the Halle des Blancs Manteaux in the Marais neighborhood of Paris. Some 400 works by children ranging in age from 7 to 15 who are hospitalized with serious illnesses will be on display. The works and ongoing works are created within the context of NOC !, a French association that organizes art classes for children in the hospital. Since 2005, some 3,250 seriously ill patients have been able to benefit from this pioneering program. Twice a week professional art teachers working in tandem with care givers and family members come to four hospitals in Paris and the greater Paris region to give these children an opportunity to create. And for some it has even lead to a decision to pursue a career in the arts. https://www.asso-noc.fr/
